This experience is available in two formats: a half-day course (4 hours) or a full-day course (8 hours). Sessions take place in small groups, with a maximum of 10 people. Private classes are also available upon request.
The school offers a friendly atmosphere with professional equipment and a structured program. Each session starts with a light refreshment and continues with step-by-step instructions from the chef.

The experience
Half-day course – 4 hours
This option includes a hands-on cooking session followed by tasting of your prepared dishes with a wine pairing. Each session begins with a welcome drink or breakfast. The chef introduces the day’s theme and provides clear guidance throughout.
Sample themes include:
- Seafood and shellfish: roasted langoustines, seasonal vegetables, pan-seared sea bream with green asparagus
- Vegetables: spring vegetable cocotte, roasted green asparagus with black olives, rhubarb clafoutis
- Meat and poultry: vitello tonnato, duck fillet with spices and fennel
- Traditional French cooking: regional bistro-style dishes
- Well-being cooking: vegetarian, gluten-free, steam cooking, wok dishes
- Techniques: sauces, jus, cutting and cooking methods
Full-day course – 8 hours
A complete culinary program including multiple recipes and a seated lunch with wine pairing.
Themes vary throughout the year. Examples:
- Seafood techniques: from filleting to plating.
Menu example: asparagus with shellfish, roasted langoustines, pan-fried John Dory with fennel, lemon tart, paired with white wines. - French regional classics: rustic dishes with matching wines from Côtes du Rhône.
- Market cuisine: starts with a market visit with the chef, followed by cooking a full seasonal menu.
- Italian cuisine: a detailed program exploring key products and cooking techniques beyond basic recipes.
Each session includes continuous tasting and hands-on practice in a professional kitchen.
