Two formats are available:

Traditional French cooking class

You learn to prepare a full seasonal menu. The chef demonstrates techniques for handling ingredients, cooking methods, seasoning, and presentation. You cook the dishes step by step and learn practical tips that can be applied at home.

Molecular cooking lesson in Paris

This format focuses on innovative techniques such as emulsion, controlled cooking, gelification, and food chemistry. The chef explains each process clearly and shows how to apply it in everyday meals. This molecular cuisine format allows you to experiment with modern methods while maintaining simple preparation steps.

At the end of each session, participants share the meal they’ve cooked, paired with wine. You leave with printed recipe cards, allowing you to reproduce the menu at home.
