What to expect

This perfume-making experience takes place in a studio located in Paris’s 7th district, just minutes away from the Eiffel Tower. During the 3-hour workshop, you are introduced to the essentials of fragrance design. The session begins with a brief on perfume structures: top, heart and base notes. You’ll learn to identify and compare scents, understand their intensity and how long they last on the skin.

Under the guidance of a professional perfumer, you will write your formula and balance your scent using precise measurements. This experience is both practical and technical. It gives you the opportunity to experiment with raw materials and develop your sense of smell.

At the end of the workshop, each participant leaves with a personalised 30 ml bottle of perfume. The fragrance can be tailored to personal preferences – masculine, feminine, seasonal or skin-specific.

This is a hands-on activity designed for people interested in fragrance and composition. It offers useful knowledge about the perfume industry and a deeper understanding of how perfumers work.
